Attention: The upper seam on the hip is really wide. Do not wonder, but see the Rus pants cut as an authentic (and surprisingly: very comfortable) way of wearing them. These pants were made following the example set by the Rus-pants. A early viking pattern, that allows enomous movement. The pants are being tied on the waistband and just below the knee. Ranulf Thorsberg trousers herringbone olive LIMITED EDITION

Limited Edition, only while stocks last! Thorsberg trousers were named after their place of discovery, the Thorsberg moor (Schleswig-Holstein, Germany). Their cut is considered the basic pattern of early medieval men's trousers in Europe and was found in that as well as similar styles even centuries later. "Ranulf" is what we call our version, which is made from strong linen. It is comfortably tailored and offers great freedom of movement. Modelled on the historical cut, it has neither fly nor drawstrings or a button. It is worn using a belt or length of rope, for which it offers firmly sewn belt loops. These trousers are perfectly suited for Nordic and early medieval character portrayals. However, there are many other outfit ideas you can realize with these simple yet comfortable trousers. Raimund boot defect production

The sole of this boot is not nailed, but sewn! We recommend resoling it A pair of durable boots with three replicated buckles. Tough boots are a neccessity when going on events and having bad weather: there is little worse, than wet feet in pain. These boots were made along historical patterns and pictures: they are being closed with buckles on the dorsum of the foot and on your ankle. The heavy leather sole is nailed onto the top, so you can basically wear a historical replica boot. The thick upper leather repells rain and dirt as long as its greased thick enough.
